http://www.professionalspeaker.com The new ProfessionalSpeaker.com will be rolling out late in the first week of July. This is a joint venture between the original creators Jim Cathcart and Bill Brooks and yours truly. We'll have Streaming video, streaming audio and tons of downloadable reports and transcripts.

http://www.wedding-toasts.org Is an example of a one page website that was profitable from day one. I'll be giving figures on it and the method I used to identify the topic and create the site after it's been up at least a month.
