Retreat Center Visit Terms and Agreements

Due to the exclusive nature of the retreat and our extremely small group capacity, your deposit is non-refundable if you decide to cancel for any reason within 60 days of your scheduled visit. If you have unforeseen circumstances that prohibit you from attending on your scheduled date, we will carry your deposit over to a mutually agreeable future date. If you need to cancel, you may substitute another person(s) under the same terms of your agreement, which we will assign to them, and they must sign. We will also refund your deposit if we find an acceptable substitute person(s) for your scheduled visit.
